Znoud el Sit, meaning "Lady's Fingers," is a popular dessert from Lebanon and Syria, made of thin phillo filled with our homemade qishta, and shaped like rolled fingers. After being deep-fried until golden, they're soaked in a sweet syrup, resulting in a crispy, fragrant treat often garnished with crushed pistachios.
